This event will introduce examples of national and local developments in anti-racist education in Scotland. Starting with why anti-racism is important in Scottish education, a wide range of examples will then be shared and signposted, from professional learning to develop teacher confidence, the exploration of Black history in education, to anti-racist curricular resources and pupil-led initiatives.
