A love story set against the backdrop of Thatcher’s Britain, Pat (Cassie Mcfarlane) is a young, assertive Black British woman whose relationship with her partner serves as the catalyst for her political awakening. The screening will be followed by a discussion about Anti-Racism and Black Activism in the UK Today.
