This exhibition revisits a collaboration Street Level undertook with the African and Caribbean Women’s Association (ACWA), in compiling the volumes of ‘New Shoots Old Roots’ from 2014 to 2020. These publications capture women’s experiences of coming to and living in Scotland from the 1950s to the present day. The panels are a tribute to ACWA’s story as part of Scotland’s recent ‘histories’.
