Starting with Jackie Kay’s inspirational poem ‘A Life in Protest’ this event will centre and celebrate protest in all its forms. The night will include a creative response from South African poet and activist Blaq Pearl as well as music, food and lots of ways to raise your own voice in solidarity and celebration.
