Chris Bramble and Freya Bramble-Carter will bring their practice to GoMA with an artist talk and two workshops, which include a thrown pot demonstration and coil pot/ slab build structures for participants. The first workshop will target young Black artists and young POC with an interest in clay, while the second workshop will be open to all. Age 16+
Artist Talk: Chris Bramble
Join The Glasgow School of Art (GSA) Graduate and Glasgow Museums' collection artist Chris Bramble for an artist talk on his GSA and ceramics Studio practice from 10 years residence in Glasgow from the 1970's & 80's and now London where he has been since the late 80's. Chris was instrumental in the setting up of ceramic Studio spaces in Dalhousie Street in Glasgow and exhibited widely in Glasgow and Scotland while he was here. His work from 1986 in Glasgow Museums' collection is currently on display in Domestic Bliss at GoMA.
